Here's another period set series for us! 'Deadline' reports that HBO and the producers of SONS OF ANARCHY are making LAWRENCE IN ARABIA series based on Scott Anderson's bestseller Lawrence In Arabia: War, Deceit, Imperial Folly And The Making Of The Modern Middle East! It will be chronicling the adventure of T.E. Lawrence, David Hogarth, William Yale, and Rudolph McGovern as they dangerously navigate the burgeoning Arab Revolt in the Middle East in the years leading up to World War I. A few years ago, there were talks of turning LAWRENCE OF ARABIA into series but we haven't heard anything about it later on.

To cheer up the start of the week, here's the funky first teaser trailer for this Christmas' animated movie SING! Matthew McConaughey is Buster Moon, a koala whose once-bustling theatre is on the skids and who comes up with a plan to revive it: by holding a singing contest that’s open to everyone and boasts a $100,000 prize. Naturally, it draws the talented, the not-as-talented and the William Hungs of the animal kingdom. We continue with TV news in the gravely quiet month of January beginning with the latest info coming from HBO where Nicole Kidman's and Reese Witherspoon's mini series BIG LITTLE LIES has found their male leads in Alexander Skarsgard and James Tupper! An adaptation of Liane Moriarty’s novel it follows three mothers of kindergärtners, Celeste (Kidman), Madeline (Witherspoon) and Jane (Shailene Woodley), whose apparently perfect lives unravel to the point of murder.

STARSTUDDED CAST
Alexander Skarsgard will play Kidman's husband, and Tupper the ex one of Reese's. Laura Dern (as an anti bullying crusader), Adam Scott (as Reese's current husband), Santiago Cabrera (as Reese's lover), Jeffrey Nordling round up the rather stellar cast!

Executive produced by Jeremy Renner, who will also guest star, KNIGHTFALL chronicles the mysterious but true accounts of the Knights Templar, the elite warriors of the Crusades. It delves into the great secrets protected by the Templars and tells the story of faith, loyalty and brotherhood that help sustain these warriors on the battlefield!

In TV news, 'Daily Mail' has published first photos from the lavish sets of ITV's upcoming new historical series VICTORIA showing Jenna Coleman as the British monarch in her royal gown and massive crown and Rufus Sewell as her prime minister Lord Melbourne. The eight episode epic saga will follow VICTORIA's early life from her ascension to the throne at the tender age of 18 through to her courtship and marriage to Prince Albert!
